While many cartoonists focus on the personality of political figures, what First Dog on the Moon does better than anyone is to capture the emotion of the Australian people in the face of government inaction and hypocrisy. No one does the feeling of impotent rage like First Dog. To me, he is one of the funniest cartoonists we have in this country.
