David Pope inflates his Josh Frydenberg caricature to helium-infused proportions in his cartoon about the March 2022 Budget.
 
In an interview for Behind the Lines, Pope describes his process: ‘I’m not a big “caricaturer”. I draw a person well enough so people know who it is, and I tend to have to draw it fresh each time. So each time I get some photos, and I grab an old picture drawing I’ve done of them and get some new photos, and redraw it.’
