In early April, Treasurer Josh Frydenberg delivered his budget, with the first anticipated surplus in 10 years. The surplus is predicted for the next financial year 2019-2020, and out into the next three years of the forward estimates. Making the announcement Frydenberg used the words ‘back in black’. Jon Kudelka has then layered over the AC/DC song of the same title in his cartoon.
