Andrew Weldon

Andrew Weldon is a freelance cartoonist based in Melbourne. He has been the cartoonist for The Big Issue (Australia) since its inception in 1996. His work appeared regularly for many years in The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald and the Chaser’s books, website and newspaper. It has appeared in publications including The New Yorker, Private Eye, the Spectator (UK) and Meanjin. Weldon has also published book collections of his cartoons and written and illustrated children’s books.
