In a year of big reports, the submissions to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety made for tough and, at times, harrowing reading that culminated in 148 recommendations. When the Prime Minister announced its release, he also promised nearly half a billion dollars ‘to address immediate priorities in the sector’.
