Labor’s Kevin Rudd and the Liberals’ Malcolm Turnbull have both been outspoken critics of Scott Morrison. Former Foreign Minister Alexander Downer has also weighed in, describing Rudd and Turnbull as ‘mean-spirited and bitter’, labels Rudd publicly rejected.
