Explaining Democracy

This work by Bruce Petty is a piece of biting commentary on major Western powers’ pattern of seeking to transpose their own systems onto other nations. Petty suggests that when it occurs at the end of a gun barrel, it shouldn’t be surprising if they don’t instantly embrace them.
