Declaration Day,  when the Australian Electoral Commission reveals the final list of candidates in each of the 150 House of Representatives electorates and the 76 Senate positions, fell on 9 June. The ballot draw for positions on the voting paper takes place the following day and immediately afterwards the ballot papers are printed.
